The Association has been facilitating girls “rep” softball since 1972. The purpose of the Association is to promote competition in girls’ softball at the highest level possible, thus ensuring that learning techniques are constantly improving.
Our objective is to compete at all level of girls’ softball where there is sufficient interest and competitive ability to warrant team entries.
In 2009, for the first time, the Association offered a girls house league program which was very successful and is being offered again in 2010. This program incorporated the new Learn To Play program developed by Softball Canada for the younger age groups. This program conforms to the “Long Term Player Development Plan” that has been introduced to all sports across Canada.
